Callum Jackson was exemplary during the sale, he was knowledgable and understood exactly what we wanted from the word go. Collection was also a smooth experience with appropriate and detailed guidance provided.

The sales advisor Callum Jackson was very friendly, courteous and professional. Unlike some car salespeople he was not pushy, just helpful and honest. At a different BMW dealership the salesman gave incorrect information about a BMW car.

A breakdown in communication over wipers and a mistake made but the the way it was handled by by Lee was first rate.In my opinion it's situations like this that really put a sharp focus on whether the customer service is bad, mediocre or first class.
