In olden times, when my car had a fault, my local mechanic would ask me for the symtoms, lift the bonnet, get out his tools and fix the problem. Now you seem to produce cars that are so stuffed with electronics that only your computer can help?

The service was done on time and as planned. At the same time, I asked them to look at a potential warranty claim, only a small but annoying issue, Lloyds accepted that issue and are in the process of rectifying it. I was pleasantly surprised.

After an initial email was still unanswered after six weeks, we made the 54 mile round trip to be sure of being appropriately dealt with. The recall was fine but whilst not all issues were addressed, at least we weren't charged for those that weren't

A breakdown in communication over wipers and a mistake made but the the way it was handled by by Lee was first rate.In my opinion it's situations like this that really put a sharp focus on whether the customer service is bad, mediocre or first class.

All good for the work that I booked the car in for. A bit of a farce with the cost of the front tyres that needed replacing. Lloyds at another branch quoted a better price, South Lakes were prepared to match this until someone from Parts blocked it.

Great staff, very helpful and cannot do enough. I drive 200 miles round trip to visit this dealership because my local Lookers in Stoke are terrible they crashed my previous car in the workshop on a routine service.
