Very efficient and professional staff, especially the technician, Scott Baines, who discovered that one of the front tyres was damaged with a cut and bleb in the side wall. This was potentially dangerous so full marks to him and a big thank you.

The service was just ok. Although a visual inspection was carried out out, the service indicator shows this is outstanding. I also pointed out issues with the anti perforation warranty which have not been followed up on.

would have been 5 star but BMW need to assist dealership to allow them to update my sat nav app. There is a disconnect between BMW Tech Services and BMW Connected Drive which needs sorting out.
